Today's Jobs
The Today's Jobs screen shows all tickets currently assigned to you with a status of Assigned, In Progress, or On Hold.
Ticket card information
Each ticket card shows:
- Client name and address
- Service description
- Priority indicator
- Current status
- Requested service window (if set)
Ticket statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Assigned | The job is assigned to you — tap to view details and start |
| In Progress | You have started work on this job |
| On Hold | Work is paused — tap Resume when ready to continue |
