Team Management
Accessing team management
Go to Settings → Team Members in the left navigation. This section is only visible to TenantAdmins.
Inviting a team member
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their first name, last name, and email address
- Select their role
- Click Send Invitation
They will receive an email with a temporary password and login instructions.
Roles
| Role | Access level |
|---|---|
| Dispatcher | Full operational access — tickets, clients, inventory, invoicing |
| Technician | Mobile PWA only — assigned jobs, parts, notes |
| Billing Staff | Invoicing and billing reports |
| Read Only | View-only access across the platform |
Deactivating a team member
Deactivating a team member immediately revokes their access to RoundTrip. Their history and records are preserved.
- Find the team member in the Active Members list
- Click Deactivate
- Confirm the action
Reactivating a team member
Deactivated members appear in the Inactive Members list. Click Reactivate to restore their access.
