Inviting Your Team

Once you are logged in as a TenantAdmin you can invite team members to join your RoundTrip account.

Roles

Each team member is assigned a role that controls what they can see and do:

RoleAccess
DispatcherCreate and manage tickets, clients, inventory, and invoices
TechnicianMobile PWA access — view assigned jobs, record parts, add notes
Billing StaffAccess to invoicing and billing reports
Read OnlyView-only access across the platform

How to invite a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their first name, last name, and email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invited user will receive an email with their temporary password and a link to log in.

Technician access

Technicians log in through the mobile PWA at roundtrips.app on their phone or tablet. After logging in they can add the app to their home screen for quick access.

When you invite a Technician, RoundTrip automatically creates their technician profile so they appear on the dispatch board and can be assigned to tickets.

Managing your team

From the Team Members page you can:

  • View all active and inactive team members
  • Deactivate a team member to revoke their access
  • Reactivate a previously deactivated member
