Registration

Getting started with RoundTrip takes less than 5 minutes. When you register, RoundTrip automatically creates your account and sends you a welcome email with your login credentials.

How to register​

  1. Go to roundtrips.app
  2. Click Get Started or Sign Up
  3. Enter your business details:
    • First and last name
    • Business email address
    • Company name (optional for residential service businesses)
  4. Submit the form

RoundTrip will create your account and send a welcome email to the address you provided.

First login​

  1. Open the welcome email from RoundTrip
  2. Click the login link or go to roundtrips.app
  3. Enter your email and the temporary password from the email
  4. You will be prompted to set a new password on first login

What happens after registration​

Once registered you are automatically set up as a TenantAdmin — the owner of your RoundTrip account. From there you can:

  • Invite your team members
  • Add your first client
  • Create your first service ticket
