Subscription

Accessing subscription

Go to Settings → Subscription in the left navigation. This section is only visible to TenantAdmins.

Managing your plan

From the Subscription page you can:

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Update your payment method
  • View billing history
  • Upgrade or change your plan

Payment

RoundTrip uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card details are never stored on RoundTrip servers.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription contact us at support@traxsgroup.com. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and can be exported on request.

If you are on a founding customer plan your rate is locked in for the lifetime of your account.
